Shipping and Returns

We accept Paypal, and most Credit Cards. If you're having any issues through checkout, please contact us, and we'll try our best to help you out.
Shipping within the US
We offer Free shipping within the US for orders over $150. We ship all orders with USPS ground.
INternational shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship with USPS in order to keep shipping fees affordable. In case you'd like your order to be shipped with UPS or Fedex, feel free to reach out directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, we'll be happy to send you a quote.
Behind the Hill is not responsible for international custom fees.
Shipping - general
Your order will be shipped within 2 or 4 business days after credit card authorization. We usually ship with UPSP Ground.
The estimated delivery time can be anywhere from 5 days to a 10 days, we have no control of how fast the delivery will be or when your package will arrive. We'll provide a tracking number when your order is placed.
Behind the Hill cannot be held responsible for parcels not collected. In case parcels are not collected, they will be sent back to us. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us. We will charge the customer again for sending the package a second time if a parcel has not been received or collected on the first shipping.
** We like to recycle. Your purchase is packaged by using recycled items whenever possible** Also, our founder’s two young kids like to use our packing boxes to make art, so you may receive a very colorful box!
We want to make sure your entire experience with us is the best it can be. We want you to be happy when you get your order from Behind the Hill and that you are completely in love with your purchase.
If that's not the case, we will do our best to make it right.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, domestic returns can be made up to 7 days after the date of purchase for a full refund. Just send an email to email@example.com for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Items must be in the same condition as they were upon receipt.All sale items are final sale.
If a fragile piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiving to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either send you a new piece or refund your money, whichever is preferred.
Please be aware that the color display on each computer varies so please ask all questions before making purchase.
Damaged caused during transit/shipping is not under our control.
